As a Permanent Estate Planning Attorney, you will be expected to:
1. Provide expert legal counsel in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
2. Draft, review, and revise a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
3. Work closely with clients to understand their estate planning goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them.
4. Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
5. Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Washington State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning or related legal field.
4. Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration laws and procedures.
5. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
