Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive estate planning services to our high net worth clients. This includes:

1. Developing and implementing estate plans by drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
2. Providing expert tax planning and business advice to clients.
3. Handling all aspects of estate administration.
4. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.
5. Interacting with referral sources to generate new business.
6. Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on changes in estate and tax law.
7. Providing high-level client service with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
8. Reviewing and updating existing estate plans in light of changes in client circumstances or laws.
9. Working effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple high-value estates simultaneously.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and estate administration.
3. A strong financial and accounting background.
4. Excellent drafting skills with a focus on estate planning documents.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
6. Excellent client service skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients and referral sources.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-value estates and meet tight deadlines.
8. A deep understanding of trusts and high-value estates.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
