Job Details

  • 3+ years of trusts and estates experience at a law firm, with meaningful exposure to sophisticated
planning techniques — GRATs, ILITs, FLPs, or equivalent (required)
  • New York Bar admission (required)
  • Strong drafting background: wills, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration
  • Working knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax law
  • J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a meaningful plus
