Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, and living wills.
2. Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents to ensure they are legally sound and meet the client's needs and wishes.
3. Assist clients with wealth preservation planning, including advising on tax implications and strategies to protect and grow their wealth.
4. Manage probate and trust administration processes, including preparing and filing necessary documents, representing clients in court, and resolving any disputes or issues that arise.
5. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax and estate planning laws and regulations to ensure clients' plans remain compliant and effective.
6. Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and working to understand their unique needs and goals.
7. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement comprehensive estate planning strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an estate planning attorney.
3. Experience with Tax Law
