Job Details

The ideal candidate for this Estate Planning Attorney role will possess:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the relevant state.
  • 5+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related areas.
  • Proven ability to draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive client information.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
