The ideal candidate for this Estate Planning Attorney role will bring:
The ideal candidate for this Estate Planning Attorney role will bring:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Georgia.
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters.
- Familiarity with succession planning for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and communicate effectively with clients and advisors.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail and discretion.
