Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Estate Planning Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and executing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
2. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, including tax implications and potential litigation risks.
3. Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' specific needs and goals.
4. Representing clients in probate court proceedings and advocating on their behalf in disputes related to estate distribution.
5. Keeping abreast of changes in estate law and tax regulations and advising clients accordingly.
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Estate Planning Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a particular emphasis on trusts.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
