Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of estate administration, including probate, trust administration, and estate tax returns.
2. Provide legal advice to clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, and related legal matters.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and powers of attorney.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as necessary.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide the best legal strategies for our clients.

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. 1-10 years of experience in estate administration or a related field.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing estate administration cases.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
