Job Details
Should have some of the following.
have experience drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate;
have experience drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions;
have a minimum of 2-5 years of Estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters;
represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning;
have a minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters is a plus;
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
work with clients directly with the supervision of senior attorneys;
have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and academic credentials;
enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus)
Identify valuable law firm, title relationships and investment opportunities;
Responsible for overseeing and accelerating new business growth for the firm by managing, developing and implementing initiatives for our core practice areas by:
Identifying current influencers and referral sources
Developing new referral sources (both inbound and outbound referrals)
Identifying local market opportunities for new business development
