We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Planning Attorney with a strong background in Trusts to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a crucial role in managing and advising on various aspects of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related matters. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of dealing with complex legal issues, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring that all legal procedures are followed to the letter. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and trusts.

Responsibilities:

1. Advise and assist clients in estate planning, including the drafting and implementation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning tools.
2. Provide expert guidance on the establishment and administration of trusts, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
3. Review and analyze client's financial and personal data to develop strategic estate planning solutions.
4. Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
5. Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
6. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to estate planning.
7. Keep abreast of latest developments in estate planning and trust laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
8. Provide exceptional client service, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney with a strong focus on Trusts.
3. Current license to practice law in the state.
4. Comprehensive understanding of estate planning, trust, and probate law.
5. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
8. Strong ethical and professional standards, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
