Job Details
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning, with a strong background in handling high net worth estates.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in preparing estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), managing trust funding, and assisting with estate and trust administration.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with estate planning software and document management systems.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality while interacting with high-profile clients and sensitive financial information.
