Estate Planning Tax Attorney

We are a Law Firm looking for an Estate Planning Tax Attorney to join our growing team!

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Tax Attorney to join our Finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax compliance, federal tax, technical tax, tax planning, BSC, Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Juris Doctor, technical tax memorandum, estate planning tax attorney, tax attorney, and planning tax attorney. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on tax compliance and planning strategies to clients
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients to minimize tax liability
• Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues to provide clients with accurate and timely advice
• Prepare and review technical tax memoranda
• Advise clients on estate planning matters, including trusts and wills
• Represent clients in tax audits and disputes with tax authorities
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and financial planners, to provide comprehensive advice to clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure clients are in compliance

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
• Strong knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex tax issues to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with estate planning and trusts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
