We’re on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Estimating Manager to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to dive into a variety of exciting projects, from multi-family, senior living, corporate office, government and commercial.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Estimating Process: Take charge of the estimating process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in every project.

Craft Detailed Cost Estimates: Prepare and submit cost estimates for a range of projects, including renovations and new builds.

Build Relationships: Connect with suppliers, contractors, and clients to secure the best pricing and top-notch service.

Analyze Project Plans: Review project specifications to determine overall costs and feasibility.

Coordinate Bids: Help prepare bid packages and strategize our bidding approach.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project management to ensure budgets are on point and resources are used efficiently.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on industry trends and tech advancements to enhance our estimating practices.

Mentor the Next Generation: Provide guidance and support to junior estimating staff, helping them grow in their careers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 10+ years Estimating experience and proven ability to lead/mentor Estimating teams

Construction Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction costs and principles.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to secure the best prices and build strong partnerships.

Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills to mentor and inspire junior team members.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in estimating software and other relevant tools.
