Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grasp of construction means, methods, and cost analysis.

- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial renovation projects from concept through final bid.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and scope reviews.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update cost databases and historical pricing records.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and value engineering discussions.
- Assist in developing bid strategies and schedules to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of estimating experience within the commercial renovations sector.
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Procore, Microsoft Excel).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, scopes, and building systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
