Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Estimator-Commercial TI to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial tenant improvements (TI) and a proven track record in the construction industry. This role will involve working on a variety of projects including occupied renovations, hospitals, offices, and clinical buildings. The successful candidate will be well-versed in using software tools such as Revit, WinEst, Beck Destini, and OST, and have experience in document control and managing subcontractor bids.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and coordinate full estimating packages for commercial TI projects, including occupied renovations, hospitals, offices, and clinical buildings.
2. Accurately forecast project costs and timelines, taking into account all relevant factors.
3. Utilize software tools such as Revit, WinEst, Beck Destini, and OST to create detailed estimates and reports.
4. Manage document control processes to ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
5. Evaluate and manage subcontractor bids, ensuring they meet project specifications and budget requirements.
6. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify scope of work and materials required for projects.
7. Continually monitor industry trends and advancements to stay current with market conditions and competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial tenant improvements.
3. Proven experience with occupied renovations, hospitals, offices, and clinical buildings.
4. Proficiency in using software tools such as Revit, WinEst, Beck Destini, and OST.
5. Strong experience in document control and managing subcontractor bids.
6. Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements.
