Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glass and glazing estimation, with a focus on commercial projects. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed estimates for glass and glazing projects, including storefronts, curtain walls, and other commercial applications
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine materials, labor, and other costs
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimates
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide ongoing support to project teams throughout the construction process, including change orders and other revisions to estimates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a glass and glazing estimator, with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in estimating software and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
