As a Heavy Civil Earthworks and Underground Estimator, you will be responsible for developing estimates on Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil projects, with an emphasis in Underground Utilities and Mass Excavation for Hard Bid, Design-Build, and Public and Private projects. DOT!

The Construction Underground Estimator position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to:
o Project selection
o Take-offs
o Estimating the project from cradle to grave
o Bid submission
o Budget preparation
o Project risk analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil construction, estimating underground (Storm Drain, Sewer and Water) and earthworks
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Exposure to DOT Construction Estimating
• Knowledge of HCSS or Bid2Win software
