We are a privately-held construction firm that specializes in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Real Estate Development. We're looking to grow our team ASAP and hire a Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to work out of our Brooklyn office!

• Bachelors Degree in a related field is desired
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Strong Quantity OnScreen Take-off ability
• Excel Expert
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM platforms
• High proficiency in Microsoft Project, P6, or similar

*Typical project scope is $30M to $250M
