We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Estimator to join our dynamic construction team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. As an Estimator, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Developing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other related costs.
2. Analyzing architectural drawings and technical specifications to prepare accurate project estimates.
3. Evaluating subcontractor bids and quotations to ensure they are reasonable and accurate.
4. Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions.
5. Tracking and analyzing project costs, identifying any deviations from the estimated budget, and recommending corrective actions.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, construction materials, and labor costs to ensure accuracy of estimates.
7. Presenting estimates to clients and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
8. Participating in project meetings and providing input on cost-related matters.
9. Assisting in the preparation of project schedules, contracts, and other related documents.
10. Conducting site visits to gather information and assess potential project risks.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Estimating mass excavation, grading, earthwork, demolition, underground utilities projects
3. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Proficiency in using estimating software and other relevant computer applications.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find cost-effective solutions.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in construction technology.
