Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Proficiently fulfill all essential duties of an Estimator
- Exhibit expertise and confidence in undertaking the responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer
- Accurately estimate and establish budgets and contract prices
- Skillfully negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material procurement
- Organize and execute job procedures and strategies to ensure prompt buyout, approval of shop drawings, and timely material delivery
- Monitor and uphold project schedules and budgets
- Offer value-engineered solutions to clients when appropriate
- Collaborate with the Superintendent in developing safety plans and implementing safety protocols
