Job Details

Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice law in California State
  • 2-5 years of experience handling commercial & residential eviction matters (landlord-tenant evictions, rent control jurisdictions and jury trials)
  • Previous experience reviewing eviction notices, analyzing title/lease documents, doing trial preparation and court appearances, etc. That is ideal!
