We are seeking a dynamic and organized Consulting Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in providing high-level administrative and organizational support to our firm's leadership, including Partners and Senior Executives. The role combines executive assistance with project coordination, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. This role is essential to ensuring effective day-to-day operations, allowing leadership to focus on client relationships, business development, and strategic growth.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support for assigned senior executives.
- Ensure executives are well-prepared for client meetings and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and other departments.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Project Coordination Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-level of project related administrative support to project managers and senior management on assigned projects.
- Oversee the administrative coordination of multiple proposals from initiation through completion.
- Support project manager by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent project communication.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all project activities and deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
