Our client, a growing real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its growing team. Onsite full time.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years complex administrative experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
7. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage stress effectively.
8. Experience in the real estate and/or construction industry is a plus.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
