Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Private Chef:
1. Plan and prepare daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, ensuring they are nutritionally balanced and cater to the client's dietary needs and personal preferences.
2. Source high-quality ingredients, maintaining an efficient and cost-effective kitchen inventory.
3. Maintain an immaculate and organized kitchen environment, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
4. Create and adapt menus for special occasions, parties, and events.
5. Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
As a Personal Assistant:
1. Manage and coordinate personal and professional schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle correspondence and communication, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times.
3. Conduct various personal errands as required, such as shopping, dry cleaning, and other household management tasks.
4. Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record keeping.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, dealing with any issues or emergencies professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Private Chef, with a proven track record of creating diverse, high-quality meals.
2. Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized institution is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of various dietary restrictions and ability to create delicious meals within these parameters.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
6. Experience in a personal assistant role, with strong administrative and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office Suite and email.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
10. Must pass a thorough background check and have excellent references.
