Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support & Strategy – Act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless operations and decision-making efficiency
  • Calendar & Administrative Management – Handle complex scheduling, prioritization, and administrative processes
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination – Plan, optimize, and oversee international and domestic travel arrangements
  • High-Level Communication – Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism
  • Project Management – Develop executive handbooks, SOPs, and oversee high-impact organizational initiatives
  • Confidentiality & Discretion – Manage sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and trustworthiness
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with key stakeholders, including board members and industry partners
  • 24/7 Availability – Be prepared for urgent tasks on weekends and evenings as needed

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of high-level executive support, preferably to C-suite executives
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Technology Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in overseeing strategic initiatives and developing organizational processes
  • Discretion & Trustworthiness: Proven track record in handling highly confidential and sensitive matters
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage changing priorities
  • Availability: Must be on-site in Houston 5 days a week (9 AM - 6 PM) and on call for urgent matters
