We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will serve as a true business partner to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), playing a pivotal role in driving direct revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, adaptability to a rapidly growing organization, and experience in executive sales support—including managing sales reporting, budgeting, and working closely with a CRO. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly partner with the CRO to accelerate business performance and production.

Travel is expected at 15–30%, and while the schedule offers flexibility, we need someone who is equally flexible—ready to travel, attend events, and work varied hours as needed to support business growth.

Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings.
2. Prepare and manage sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting future financial requirements.
4. Coordinate and manage corporate events, including logistics, vendor relations, and attendee registration.
5. Handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Utilize AI tools and Mac systems for efficient task management and data analysis.
7. Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
8. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
9. Conduct research and provide recommendations on various business matters.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting a CRO/a sales Executive
3. Proficient in sales reporting and budgeting.
4. Exceptional calendar management skills, with the ability to plan and schedule meetings, travel, and events.
5. Experience with Mac systems and AI tools.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
