Responsibilities:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

1. Providing comprehensive support to our executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely communication.
2. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.
3. Managing and executing various projects as assigned by the executive team, ensuring they are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
4. Coordinating travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, booking accommodations, and preparing travel documents.
5. Handling confidential information with utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
6. Performing administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
7. Preparing monthly reports, providing critical insights, and assisting in decision-making processes.
8. Liaising with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have experience with monthly reporting.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
5. A proven track record of managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
8. Ability to manage and execute projects efficiently and effectively.
9. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
