Have you been a career EA supporting C-level executives and able to work in a team setting? We have an immediate need for a sharp, entrepreneurial-spirited individual who will be supporting our CEO in a Project Management / EA capacity. Ideal candidates will have been in an Executive Assistant role for 8+ years supporting C-staff in a corporate setting.

**This is fully onsite at our downtown Ft. Worth office, 50 hours per week** Non-negotiable.

Job Details

Is your background a fit?
* Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* Excellent MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge
* 8+ years in an EA role with experience supporting an executive staff in a corporate environment
* Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent project planning, management and coordination abilities
* Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to pick up things/direction quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
* Solid, stable work history
* Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week (non-negotiable)

What will you be doing?
Along with other team members -
* Manage personal and business support assisting with very complex calendars and schedules, travel coordination and general operational functions
* Manage vendors and serving point of contact
* Research and develop new ideas and projects
