Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner and right hand to the CEO in all day-to-day operations and growth initiatives

Lead and manage firmwide operations, including CRM and outbound marketing systems

Develop, track, and report on KPIs across departments to ensure alignment with business goals

Serve as a point of contact for investor communications, scheduling, and relationship management

Design and produce marketing collateral and brochures using Canva and Adobe

Build internal infrastructure and support the development of company culture and brand guidelines

Coordinate and manage firmwide logistics, including payroll, travel planning, and internal scheduling

Engage with and manage third-party vendors such as PR firms to drive positive media coverage

Conduct research and produce data-driven insights to support decision-making

Manage and support junior employees as the team grows

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business administration

Proven experience in a high-growth startup or entrepreneurial environment, ideally in real estate or investment

Highly motivated self-starter with strong project ownership and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with executives, team members, and investors

Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Go High Level CRM strongly preferred

Comfortable handling confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion

Organized, process-driven, and able to multitask across competing priorities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Must reside in the state of Utah
