Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent the company’s President when greeting guests, reviewing correspondence, and responding to inquiries.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer all incoming calls.
  • Maintain busy/ever-changing schedules and calendars.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and e-mails.
  • Collate and distribute mail.
  • Support President in his external commitments, including service on external boards, committees, and other groups.
  • Maintain/retrieve documents from electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Maintain databases.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Complete projects and assignments assigned by the President and Co-Managing Partners.
  • Assists in the preparation of client tour books
  • Support front desk operations from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate background or relevant experience required
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Act as liaison between principal’s and personal vendors.
  • Handle and maintain confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Assist and perform additional tasks requested by Office Manager.
