Job Details
The Executive Legal Assistant will serve as a trusted right hand during trial preparation and day-to-day firm operations—handling everything from case-related technical support to last-minute filings. This role blends traditional legal assistant responsibilities with executive support, including preparing trial exhibits, working with legal AI tools, and providing timely administrative support.

1. How many years of experience do you have as a Legal Assistant and/or Executive Assistant within a law firm setting?

4. Can you work onsite in Brentwood? This is NOT a remote role.

7. Do you have experience supporting C-Level Executives or law firm managing partners?
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and trial graphics based on attorney input
- Help analyze case documents and generate outlines or questions
- Assist with e-filing, service of process, and court communications
- Organize and maintain trial materials and key exhibits
- Respond quickly to urgent attorney requests and adapt to shifting trial demands
- Perform light personal assistant duties as needed (e.g., errands, coordinating travel, light scheduling)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, executive assistant, or in a litigation support role
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with e-filing platforms and service procedures in California courts
- Comfort with AI tools or willingness to learn
- Strong sense of discretion, reliability, and responsiveness
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
