Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned executive with a proven track record of running landscape and irrigation companies in Texas. This individual will serve as President of Texas operations, overseeing strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and the ability to scale teams and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of landscape and irrigation operations across multiple markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including market expansion and service diversification.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Build and mentor high-performing operations and field teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and municipal clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and technology adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in landscape and irrigation leadership, preferably in Texas.
  • Proven success in scaling operations and managing P&L.
  • Strong understanding of commercial landscape construction, irrigation systems, and site services.
  • Experience working with ESOP or employee-owned companies is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Austin/San Antonio.
