In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Track and manage orders and material movement to ensure on-time delivery and prevent production delays.

  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and prioritize critical materials.

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and provide timely updates on order status and lead times.

  • Support process improvements in inventory management, supplier performance, and lead time reduction.

Job Details

Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.)
  • Highly Organized – Tracks multiple orders, work orders, and inventory parts simultaneously without errors.
  • Strong Sense of Urgency – Responds quickly to production delays, material shortages, or unexpected disruptions.
  • Detail-Oriented – Pays close attention to order numbers, part specifications, schedules, and documentation.

Preferred:
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles
