Our legal firm is seeking a Permanent Experienced Labor Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for labor law and be able to provide exceptional legal counsel to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in labor law.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct labor contract negotiations on behalf of clients
• Provide legal counsel to clients on labor relations and labor law matters
• Represent clients in grievance arbitrations
• Assist clients with union organizing campaigns
• Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board
• Draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in labor law
• Attend client meetings and court hearings as needed
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm
• Manage a caseload of labor law cases

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor law
• Strong knowledge of labor law, including the National Labor Relations Act
• Experience conducting labor contract negotiations
• Experience representing clients in grievance arbitrations
• Experience assisting clients with union organizing campaigns
• Experience representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm
