Job Details

  • Technically proficient with taxation of individuals, family partnerships and trusts/estates
  • Actively promotes the Firm and it's core values
  • Participates in individual career development and team-building activities
  • Effectively work with people with poise and professionalism during stressful times, especially during peak periods of client engagement and deadlines
  • Prepared and review returns
  • Make sure all due dates are maintained
  • Correspond with clients as needed
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge and proficiency in technical Tax work
  • Effectively communicates all technical material to clients, verbally and in writing when needed
  • Ensures top quality client service and oversees performance of engagement activity
  • Maintains effective realization rates of fees
  • Maintains smooth working relationship with Partners, Peers and Clients
  • CPA Preferred, but not required (We will help you obtain your CPA License through our reimbursement program!)
