The Facilities Manager (General Maintenance Manager) is responsible for integrated facility services within a regulated environment and overall contract compliance.
The successful candidate will have experience in clean room environment and proficiency in communicating in both English and Spanish.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for integrated facility services within a regulated environment and overall contract compliance.
Primary objectives include the management of cleaning services, window washing, floor care, handyman and other facility related responsibilities as required by the client.
Responsible for day-to-day management of staff including daily inspections, staff training and identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
Ensures employee engagement, morale and retention.
Acts as the single point of contact for the client.
Ensures compliance with health and safety programs and protocol.
Implements solutions in line with strategic initiatives created at the regional level.
Accountability for document management integrity.
Responsible for capital planning and cashflow reporting, along with Able Service support, will produce capital justification for executive level presentation.
Responsible for performance, compliance, and operational results.
Authority and responsibility to make operational decisions within span of control.
Ensures Able Services meets and exceeds KPIs and client SLAs across the portfolio.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of environmental services with clean room and healthcare experience
Some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong data entry skills
Ability to analyze information and translate strategic intent into immediate results
Ability to meet production and quality standards for yourself and staff
Ability to observe processes and suggest improvements
Leadership in deploying standards, processes and tools
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
