Job Details
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, DOT compliance, hazardous waste management, and workplace safety across company locations. This role ensures regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws while supporting the health, safety, and environmental needs of the organization. The Facilities Manager leads facility personnel, manages vendor relationships, and partners with internal departments to maintain operational excellence and regulatory readiness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in facilities management, environmental compliance, or operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and EPA hazardous waste regulations.
- Strong organizational and auditing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hazardous waste handling and regulatory documentation.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
