Facilities Technician

We have manufacturing and distribution facilities located throughout the United States and in Canada and Italy. We supply a broad array of components for the leading original equipment manufacturers of recreational vehicles, buses, trailers used to haul boats, livestock, equipment and other cargo, pontoon boats, manufactured homes, modular housing, and factory-built mobile office units.

You should have/know some of the following:
3+ years working in Facilities Maintenance; machine repair education
Basic Electrical – Able to safely and proficiently perform basic troubleshooting and movement of electrical circuits from 24v to 480v; ability to use a Multi Meter for troubleshooting
Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
Concrete – Experience pouring and finishing concrete
Basic Fabrication – Ability to weld or experience with basic metal fabrication
Overhead Doors – Experience diagnosing/resolving issues with overhead doors
Mechanicals – Experience with servicing HVAC or pneumatic compressors
