Requirements:

  • Post Bar Law Clerk - 10+ years of experience
  • If you have civil litigation experience and want to work in Family Law please apply as well
  • Divorce law, Family Law, Divorce for HNW, Spousal Support, DVRO, Child Custody/Support, Adoption, Alimony, Domestic Violence, Pre/Postnuptials, + Complex Property Division
  • Guardianship and Conservatorship, Elder Law, Litigation
  • JD, in good standing with the CA bar
  • Role is in San Jose, CA***
