Job Details
The Associate will be responsible for:
Qualifications:
- Performing legal research
- Drafting legal pleadings and memos
- Conducting hearings and depositions
- Managing their own cases as assigned
- Appearing in court
- Communicating with clients and other attorneys
- Assist in trial preparation and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervising attorneys
Qualifications:
- Active FL bar license in good standing
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in family law (open to new grads as well!)
- Strong research and writing skills
