Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about family law, real estate, and estate planning. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in courtroom proceedings, custody cases, and excellent time management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, and property division.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, effectively advocating for their interests.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and agreements.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
5. Collaborate with clients to develop estate plans, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
6. Advise clients on real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and lease of residential and commercial properties.
7. Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
4. Proven experience in courtroom proceedings and custody cases.
5. Solid understanding of real estate law and estate planning.
6. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach to legal practice.
8. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
