Job Details
Handle Arkansas family law matters from intake to resolution (divorce, custody, support, modifications, enforcement)
Appear in state courts for hearings, conferences, and occasional trials
Draft and argue motions; manage discovery; prepare witnesses and exhibits
Drive settlement strategy (mediations/negotiations) and keep clients informed with clear, steady communication
Maintain organized files, deadlines, and billing entries
What you bring: 1–5+ years of Arkansas litigation experience (family law strongly preferred), active Arkansas bar, solid courtroom presence, and calm, client-first judgment
Appear in state courts for hearings, conferences, and occasional trials
Draft and argue motions; manage discovery; prepare witnesses and exhibits
Drive settlement strategy (mediations/negotiations) and keep clients informed with clear, steady communication
