As a Permanent Family Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Representing clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, domestic violence, and more.
2. Providing legal advice to clients, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court.
3. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
4. Negotiating settlements in a timely and favorable manner for clients.
5. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
6. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
7. Engaging in business development activities to grow and maintain client relationships.
8. Providing legal consultations and services in Mandarin Chinese to cater to our diverse clientele.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
3. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
5. Proven experience in family law litigation.
6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
8. Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
9. Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity.
10. Proficient in the use of legal research software and other related tools.
