Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse family law caseload from initial consultation through resolution
  • Handle divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, support modifications, and adoption matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and court correspondence
  • Conduct client meetings, depositions, and represent clients in court proceedings
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys while developing independent case management skills
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation/collaborative law processes
  • Maintain detailed case files and ensure timely completion of all deadlines
  • Provide compassionate, professional client service throughout sensitive legal matters

Requirements:

  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • 2+ years family law experience
  • PA bar admission
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Commitment to professional, client-focused approach
