Job Details
Conduct client intake interviews and manage assigned caseload
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
Negotiate settlements, parenting plans, and property divisions
Provide strategic legal advice and maintain regular client communication
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Stay current on Texas family law developments and local court rules
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas Bar
2–5+ years of experience in family law preferred
Experience in contested hearings, negotiations, and trial work
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and client-service orientation
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
