We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of family law, divorce law, child support law, and a commitment to providing top-notch legal support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of family law cases from beginning to end and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities

1. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations related to family law matters.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
3. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
4. Negotiate settlements in family law disputes, including divorce, child custody, and child support cases.
5. Provide counsel to clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, and guide them through the complexities of the legal system.
6. Manage all aspects of a case from initial consultation to final resolution, ensuring that all actions align with the best interests of the client.
7. Stay updated on current laws and regulations within the family law practice to provide accurate legal advice.
8. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership with the California State Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a family law attorney, with a focus on divorce law and child support law.
4. Proven track record of representing clients in family law matters, with a strong understanding of the legal procedures and legislation in this field.
5. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice to clients.
