We are actively seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that requires a deep understanding of family law, including but not limited to divorce proceedings, child custody law, child support, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, working on cases from the initial consultation through resolution, and providing expert legal advice to our clients. - Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
- Draft, review, and file all necessary legal documents related to family law cases.
- Develop and implement family law strategies that will achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
- Conduct research and analysis of complex legal issues and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedure.
- Maintain current knowledge of changes in family law legislation and case law.

- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar and good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
- Proven track record of success in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, child support, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
