We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our San Diego office.
The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of family law cases, from inception to conclusion, while working closely with our team of seasoned attorneys and serving as second chair in trials.

Responsibilities
- Representing clients in hearings and trial.
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and declarations.
- Conducting thorough and effective client interviews to collect necessary information and provide legal counsel.
- Conducting discovery to obtain relevant information to support the client's legal position.
- Develop your skills in drafting trial briefs and mediation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Law Attorney.
- Active license to practice law in the state of California.
- Proven experience in the courtroom is highly desired.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
