Family Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Family Law Attorney to join our well-established legal firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of family law cases, focusing primarily on divorce, child custody, and child support. This is a permanent, full-time position that promises a challenging, rewarding environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assign work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their progress while assuming full responsibility for the outcome and meeting all deadlines
• Set the legal strategy based on each client’s goals, the facts of the case, and applicable law to determine a proper solution
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice
• Attain or surpass the essential performance metrics for the role
• Organize client meetings to offer legal tactics, examine choices, and work tirelessly to find the best course of action

Qualifications:

• 5 years of family law experience in King or Snohomish County
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Washington State
• Proven track record in managing cases related to divorce, child custody, and child support
