Our established law firm is seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of family law matters, ranging from simple divorces to high-asset divorce cases, with a focus on providing quality legal services that meet our clients' needs. This position requires a deep understanding of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in litigation, negotiation, mediation, trial practice, and alternative dispute resolution.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Family Law Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the state bar in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law.
4. Proven experience in litigation, negotiation, mediation, and trial practice.
5. In-depth knowledge of divorce law, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and guardianship.
